Hello sunshine
We are back to good weather, and just in time. Some of the most amazing vistas today. We started with lavender fields, switch-backs up a high mountain pass, and then tunnels running along valley cliffs. Truly beautiful, and I'm not sure my words or photos can do this justice.
I'm not sure what is happening locally, but this area seems to be having a celebration of local food and outside activities in the parks and rivers with a blue cow as the mascot. Just like when the Tour comes through towns, people have made these blue cows and stuck them in the yard. Fun to see everyone get behind something like that.
We are getting farther North, with Grenoble not far away. Our hotel overlooks some local ski stations. We had a great dinner tonight, and looking forward to a big day tomorrow. Love to everyone, enjoy the photos!
